Travel season is upon us and I thought I would highlight some of my travel hacks as well as favorite products and outfits. I love traveling whether it’s through road trips or flying, I love it all. One of my goals every year is to go somewhere I have never been. Not sure where that would be this year yet but I know it will happen. This one will be a little long of a post so let’s get started.

When traveling you will need the perfect bag to carry your things. Weekend bags are a must have for a couple reasons. One they are great just for weekend gateways hence the name weekend bags. They were big enough to pack everything you need for a quick trip. They are also great carry on bags. They have plenty of room for you to pack an extra set of clothes just incase your luggage gets lost and still have room of everything you will need while traveling. Here are my favorite weekend bags.
If your travel plans require you to bring luggage this one is my favorite. It has been through so much and it still looks great. It is very durable and plenty of pockets. It comes as a set and not bad for its prices. The rotating wheels are very handy when you have to pull them. I have had mine for 5 years and traveled internationally with not problems at all. It comes in 3 colors and I have it in navy.
I have a couple favorites that I alternate depending on how much room I need. The one I use most is the weekender toiletry because it actually holds more. I am able to put both mine and my husbands toiletry needs in one bag. It has 2 large section on the sides and the center has some clear pockets on both sides that you can still use. My other favorite is the Yumi Kim toiletry bag, it is smaller so it doesn’t hold as much. I typically would use this more as a makeup bag. It has 2 sections and the main compartment hold the most. The other compartment has slots for your makeup brushes which I love and there’s a small pocket. This one is not actually available but I linked a similar style below. I am including another toiletry bag that has had great reviews. I personally don’t have this one but I have seen several people raving about it. It has dividers which you can change according to your needs as well as slots for brushes.
I don’t know about you but I always check what other people’s favorite travel outfits. The main thing everyone says is COMFORT. I totally agree that comfort is the key for the perfect travel outfit. I have a few favorites that I have loved wearing while traveling. Below are my favorite traveling outfit combos.
What To Pack
I always like to be prepared for anything that you may or may not have planned. I like choosing pieces that are very versatile. These pieces I have linked will work for day time as well as evening time, all you have to do is switch up accessories and/or shoes. I’m including my favorite swimwear on this just in case you are heading to a tropical area.
I want to share some of my favorite hacks that has helped me when packing. You guys probably already know this but just in case you don’t here it is.
I like rolling my clothes because it helps you get more space and there’s less wrinkles.
If you bring belts with you wrap it around the inner part of the luggage so it doesn’t take up space.
I use shower caps from the dollar store to wrap my shoes so that it doesn’t get the rest of my stuff dirty.
That’s it for all my tips and hacks for now. Sorry this is long but I wanted to make sure to give you lots of information to help you out. Do you already have travel plans for this year? What are some of your favorite travel hacks?
